The Challenge
Our clients brief was to create a truly unique and utterly individual striking extension part of their refurbishment works for their family home in Warwickshire.
We commenced with the new kitchen extension, and followed up with a new Porch entrance area and Garden Lobby area. We finished off with designing and installing windows for the client.
The property had a truly unusable conservatory – too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. This was alongside a small kitchen, totally isolated from the wonderful garden.
Appropriate design provided Concept Design and managed the Planning Process.

The Solution
Through the use of some smart design and thermally broken aluminium sections with high performance glass, we were able to create a truly unique structure.
“Make It Unique” was the instruction from the client. So we did!
So pleased with the rear extension, the client asked us to do the same for the entry porch, and then complete the project with windows and a lobby to the rear garden.
A truly unique, and one off project!
